Let me tell you how great First Choice Homes is they are so amazing. We have a new beautiful kitchen thanks to Rob & his awesome team. New flooring, cabinets, appliances, counter tops & back splash it all looks so good now . We told him what we wanted & his team made it happen. Always checked on things to make sure everything was done right. Just so pleased with Rob & his Great team with First Choice Homes. So professional & friendly they worked with us through it all to perfection. We can’t thank them enough for a job so well done. We highly recommend them for sure because you know it will be done right & it will be everything you dreamed it would be.
We hired Rob to finish our basement, from the start of the project he made sure we understood all phases of the process. He laid it out and helped us with the tough decisions, made it easy for us! All of the contractors were polite and professional we had not one problem! We are extremely happy with our new finished basement and would highly recommend First Choice for any of your construction projects!
Rob recently built us a brand new home in mount Washington Ky. And words can’t describe how professional him and his company was. They answered ever question along the way and built a 5 bedroom home in less than 6 months. Not to mention it had a finished basement. Most builders take 9 months to a year to complete. Matt and his crew worked tirelessly through the days once started. In a world where shipping and etas are unpredictable they were able to flawlessly navigate through everything. If anyone is looking to build first choice homes is the only builder in Kentucky to consider.
I highly recommend Rob Terry with First Choice Homes! The home he built for us was wonderful! He stood behind all the warranties and made all necessary reparis. The home was built with quality products and skilled workmanship. He went out of his way and texted many times about future homes too. If we build another home we will definitely have Rob build it. He can also build them in 3 or 4 months! It was all a blessing for us!
