Meet Rob Terry

Hi, my name is Rob Terry and I am Senior General Contractor of First Choice Homes LLC.   I have 25 years of experience in the construction field as a builder/designer, and in home remodeling, in Louisville, Shelbyville, Simpsonville, Taylorsville, and Lawrenceburg;  with experience in cabinets, roofing, siding, and flooring to name a few. To date, I have completed over 500 construction projects, on time and while maintaining the integrity of the budget.  Each day brings a new set of challenges which I greatly enjoy and I am excited about leading our team to provide the expertise for your remodeling or new construction needs.

Additionally, I have experience as an insurance adjuster, which is very useful when the situation arises and you need an expert to work with your insurance claim.  Since I have experience writing the claims, and a detailed understanding of your rights under the law, I am the right person to guide you through this process as your General Contractor.

Besides my work life, I have a beautiful family that includes my wife Maggie and three wonderful children.  I am also a long standing member of Southeast Christian Church and greatly enjoy all of the Christ centered events it has to offer for my family and I.  Additionally, in my free time, I like to exercise, attend sporting events, and travel as much as possible.

However, most importantly, I love spending quality time with my wife, children and close friends.  Like most Kentuckians, I am passionate about this wonderful city and its surrounding communities. I thoroughly enjoy the daily interactions with our customers and look forward to making 2024 another memorable year.
